The Moving Process

Acceptance
If our quotation meets with your approval, please contact us giving as much notice of your removal date as possible. We will then confirm your requirements and finalise details of your move. At this stage please remember to sign and return your Acceptance form (which is available by contacting Arnott's Removals.

Moving Day
Once the removal men arrive, the foreman and his crew will introduce themselves and then be shown around the house. When the loading of the van is complete, please ask the foreman to go around the house with you to ensure that nothing has been left behind. At this stage it is probably a good idea to give him any helpful directions you may have to your new property.

After the Move
If the removal has taken place within the local area and packing materials have been loaned for the move please ring in when finished with these so they can be picked up at your convenience.
